MEET ZAK 

HEAD COACH & OWNER

Hi I’m Zak a qualified personal trainer from Reading serving Berkshire!

I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 4 years and helped over 100+ people reach their desired goal whether that’s losing weight, building muscle or just to feel better in general.

Here’s a very short about me:

I was always the fat kid growing up (I loved food, and still do lol) which caused me serious confidence and self esteem issues and I used food to comfort those feelings eventually leaving to me being 15 and 22st 4lbs couldn’t even walk up the stairs without puffing for air.

This was mainly hard as during primary school I was into football and trained 2-3 times a week and loved it, but after a injury in my knee due to growing to fast which lead to me quitting football and sitting in my room eating and playing video games all day and night long which of course piled of a ton of weight.

I also gained anxiety and depression issues during secondary school due to grief which led to even more weight gain, i only went to secondary for a maximum of 2 years as I couldn’t face it.

When I was 15/16 is when I started boxing which helped me massively with my mental health and helped me lose 3 stone and allowed me to run a half marathon without stopping, huge thanks to Jay, he was a great role model and a big reason of why I started personal training.

And why did I start? To help people who was in my position and pull them out of the rut I knew to well.
